Here are quick 5 recipes for you.

Fun and Fruity Strawberry Milk Shake

Ingredients:
• 200 Gram Strawberries
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 400 ml Milk
• 5-6 tbsp Strawberry Ice-Cream

Method:

  1. Put the strawberries and sugar in a mixer, add a bit of milk and mix it for just a few seconds.
  2. Now add the rest of the milk and start the mixing again for 15-20 seconds
  3. Add the ice-cream and blend it all together into a thick shake. Serve chilled with a fun straw!

Cool Fruit Cream

Ingredients:
• Fresh Fruits
• Cream
• Honey/Sweetener
• Nuts

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of cream. Using a hand blender or stand mixer whip the cream until soft peaks.
  2. Next, add in the honey or any sweetener of choice and gently fold until it combines.
  3. Next, add in the fresh fruits. Cut the fruits into similar sizes and then add.
  4. Finally add in the chopped pecans, pistachios, and almonds. This is totally optional. I like the crush it gives when had along with fruits and hence recommend adding.
  5. Serve in a cute cup.

Paneer Salad

Ingredients:

• 250g paneer, cut into small cubes
• 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
• 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, green chili (if using), and coriander leaves.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
  3. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  4. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately as a healthy and refreshing salad.

Ghee Rice Pudding (Ghee Kheer)

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup basmati rice
• 1 liter milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons ghee
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
• A pinch of saffron (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the soaked rice and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add milk and bring it to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and let the rice cook in the milk, stirring occasionally, until it becomes soft and tender.
  6. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
  7. Add chopped nuts, cardamom powder, and saffron (if using). Mix well.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the kheer thickens.
  9. Turn off the heat and let the kheer cool down to room temperature.
  10. Serve the ghee rice pudding chilled or at room temperature, garnished with more chopped nuts if desired.

Chocolate Milk Popsicles

Ingredients:
• 2 cups chocolate milk
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  3. To remove the popsicles from the moulds, run them under hot water for a few seconds to loosen them.
  4. And serve them to enjoy the hot summers.
