Nothing will stop us from delivering farm-fresh milk to our valuable customers as that’s always been the need of an hour. Covid-19 tried, but even during the lockdown, our brave warriors were delivering milk to 2000+ homes every day and ensuring that they stay at home safely.
Well, Times of India was kind enough to recognize our efforts and honored our Co-Founder and Director, Mr. Mitessh Patel, on behalf of Milkmor. We were felicitated by “The Gujarat Pioneer Award in Dairy Industry” recently. This award was bestowed upon entrepreneurs who managed, sustained, and even grew their business during these challenging times.
Mr. Mitessh Patel has been an inspiration and a mentor for the team and a friend who was involved and a part of every micro-operation in the company as a guiding and helping hand. Treating everyone as family is just one of his charms, making everyone more engaged and enthusiastic to make an initiative for the company’s growth.
We have a state of the art 360 degree in house process. It starts from caring for cows, milking, packaging, distribution till customer care services. This has helped us to build loyalty with our subscribers. We responded to every complaint and tried to resolve it with the same intensity, which has helped us our customers have enough trust & hope. We strive to provide natural, nutritious, and farm-fresh milk 365 days a year and cater to our customers with the best services.
