Your diet is your performance!

Hey Ahmedabad, Navratri is Started, and we know it’s a bust this year. We’re sure you were working hard to get the most perfect chaniya choli and kediyu body but sadly the government has announced that even sheri garba will not be allowed. But come on! We are Gujarati people and when life gives us lemons, we make a hell of a lemonade.

A new concept is blooming in this pandemic known as virtual garba. People are taking zoom call lessons and plan to enjoy Navratri safely from their homes. Looks like all those diets and workouts won’t go to waste after all. To put your best feet forward you will also need to keep working on your stamina and performance.

We want you to bring your A game this year so we have some handy food habits that will help you with your performance:

  1. Drink at least 4 liters of water a day.
  2. Intake more of dry fruits, vegetables, Cereals & honey
  3. Take your heartbeats to 150 BPM at least once a day
  4. Walk for 25 minutes non-stop once a day
  5. Do intake Milk & Paneer for Protein intake.
